This tour is ideal for all ages and can be customised in length, from 4.5 km to 15 km. We recommend a 6.5 km route from the harbour of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, which offers a perfect combination of nature and cultural highlights. Start at the church of Saint-Jean-Baptiste and follow the boulevard-like path, which later changes to a narrower coastal path. Along the way you'll pass the idyllic Anse des Fossés bay and Plage de la Fosse before reaching the popular Plage Passable for swimming and sunbathing. Start at Nice's old harbour, Port Lympia, and follow the coastal road along Boulevard Franck Pilatte toJardin Félix Rainaux, where the scenic coastal path begins. The first 1.9 kilometres offer stunning views of the sea and rock formations, culminating at Cap de Nice. The walk continues up to Boulevard Maurice Maeterlinck where you can admire the impressive mansion before the coastal path takes you back down to the sea. The last part of the walk is adorned with lush vegetation and as you approach Villefranche-sur-Mer, you can see the old hospital, the Darce barracks and the citadel of Saint-Elme. Finish the adventure with a delicious lunch at one of the inviting restaurants along the harbour promenade overlooking the bay. The route starts on the beach at the foot of the impressive Château de la Napoule. Walk under the ramparts of the castle down to Raguette beach. Continue along the seafront promenade and climb the Rocher des Pendus for stunning views of the azure Mediterranean Sea. Then continue down the other side until you reach the beach, Plage de La Rague. From here you can take a trip to the marina, Port de Plaisance de la Rague and continue towards Théoule if you wish. Keep in mind, however, that you'll be walking along the road for about 1 kilometre. Then return to Mandelieu La Napoule along the same route. If you choose to stop at Port de la Rague, the walk is quick and easy. The path is well maintained and all you have to do is follow the signs!
