Le Pradet
Le Pradet is a charming little holiday resort located in the Var department, 8 km east of Toulon and 14 km west of Hyères. Despite its highly attractive location, Le Pradet is not as crowded as many of the other holiday resorts in the area. Moreover, it is mainly French tourists who come here. From Le Pradet you can make some exciting excursions up the coast or into the beautiful Provencal hinterland. Le Pradet offers a 7 km stretch of coastline that alternates between rocky coves and small, cosy sandy beaches surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. In the heart of Le Pradet you'll find the Cravéro park, which includes sheep, parrots and a variety of palm trees. It is a very shady garden that attracts many people on a hot summer day. Le Pradet also has a small picturesque harbour.
