Information about security deposit

When you rent one of our holiday homes, a security deposit is charged and must be paid at the time of rental. This amount will be returned to your account approximately 14 days after your departure.

The security deposit covers any damage that may occur to the holiday home during your stay. For accommodation where consumption is charged, the security deposit also serves as security for these costs.

When and how do I pay the security deposit?

The security deposit is paid together with the balance, which is due 6 weeks before arrival. For last minute bookings, the security deposit must be paid online together with the full amount when booking.

When do I get my security deposit back?

The security deposit is refunded to the tenant approximately 14 days after departure. If the security deposit was paid online via credit card, please provide us with your bank details so we can refund the amount to you.
