When renting a holiday homeIn order to enter into an agreement with Provacances Aps, the following information is required:
We register your identification information in accordance with the Danish Accounting Act and to ensure that the rental can be completed. This means, among other things, that Provacances passes on certain identification information to the owner or manager of the holiday home. This information is disclosed solely so that the owner or manager can handle matters in connection with arrival at the holiday home. The personal data is registered with Provacances Aps and stored in accordance with the Danish Accounting Act for five years, after which the data is deleted. When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it is always done by giving your explicit consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why. When signing up for newslettersYou can sign up for Provacance's newsletter either in connection with your holiday home rental or via the subscription form on Provacance's website. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the unsubscribe link in the individual newsletter. From the moment you unsubscribe from the newsletter, you will no longer receive emails with offers and/or news from Provacances. After unsubscribing from the newsletter, your contact information will automatically be deleted within one month of unsubscribing. When enquiring about a holiday homeIf you contact Provacances and enquire about one or more holiday homes, Provacances will in some cases save your email address together with information about where you are contacting us from. This is done in order to measure the effect and value of adverts. The collected data is automatically deleted after 5 years at the latest. Email correspondenceYour email correspondence with Provacances is automatically deleted after 5 years. Owner of a holiday homeIf you are the owner of a holiday home rented out through Provacances, we will store your identification information in accordance with the Danish Accounting Act. Your data will be stored from the time the contract is entered into until 5 years after the last rental. Your rights in connection with registered personal dataAs registered with Provacances Aps, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to gain insight into what information is registered about you. You also have the right to have all registered information deleted if Danish law does not require Provacances to store data. You have these rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the Danish Personal Data Act.
