Take a holiday in Villeneuve-LoubetVilleneuve-Loubet is a small holiday resort located on the coastline between Nice and Antibes. A holiday in Villeneuve-Loubet offers plenty of opportunities to explore the Côte d'Azur with famous cities such as Nice, Cannes, Antibes and Monte Carlo as well as the exciting hinterland with charming medieval towns such as Vence, Saint-Paul-de-Vence, Mougins, Biot and Grasse. Nice International Airport is just a 15-minute drive away. Villeneuve-Loubet was originally a small fishing village. It is dominated by a medieval castle that belonged to the Villeneuve family. The town has steep streets leading up to the church and further up to the castle. It is also home to world-famous master chef Auguste Escoffier's museum, the Fondation Escoffier, which is housed in the culinary artist's birthplace. Villeneuve-Loubet is primarily associated with Marina Baie des Anges, a large, architecturally interesting and very atypical apartment complex popularly known as the Pyramids. In the centre of the four buildings is a lovely marina with shops, restaurants and cafés.
